Day 6 Wyndham Grand Lake

First day at the Wyndham. Started with a morning walk to see the marina.

Then we went to Darryl Starbird's Rod & Custom Car museum. 

This place didn't look like much from the outside. But inside it was pretty amazing.

After the Car Museum we went to Grand Lake state park in Bernice for a picnic.

Then we went on a walk on the nature trail. 

Then we went back to the condo. And all of our iPhones popped up with a tornado warning in our area.  We turned on the TV and saw that there was a possibility of a Tornado in or around Bernice which was where we were for lunch just a few hours ago. Within a few minutes it started raining really hard with thunder and lightening. Here is video off our deck.

For my California readers. I know it looked really cold and windy our there. And it was windy. But it as about 80 degrees and probably 100 percent humidity with the rain. Which kind of feels like about 100 degrees in California only worse. 

Then after about 10 - 15 minutes. They called of the tornado warning, and the rain stopped. And we went to the pool of a swim.
